Anti-Crime Bureau of India (ACBI) is a name of Crime and Corruption killer team, operating across India with support of good officers and powerful legal team. It is an Non-Government Organization (NGO) that operates independently and playing a significant role in the Services of our Country and to make our Society crime free and safe.
Duties of Anti-Crime Bureau:
- To assist local Police in all possible manner for prevention and detection of crime and also maintenance of law and order.
- Creating awareness to the citizens of Anti-Crime.
- Conducting awareness programmes in schools and colleges about Anti-Crime Issues.
- Sharing the information of Crime/illegal activities to the Police Department.
- The Prime Duty of Anti-Crime Bureau Organisation is helping the Victims.
- Every member should maintain the full knowledge of laws and orders of Crime.
- It is the Duty of every member promoting goodness and prosperity among the People.

Why is Consumer Protection Act, 1986 necessary?
Humans are not self-sufficient beings and thus they engage themselves in contracts pertaining to buying and selling of goods and services. Markets are the place which satisfy our needs for primary and luxury goods. People as consumers or sellers are often unaware of their rights, duties and the redressal commissions. The consumers have rights and responsibilities to be followed.
Aim’s at highlighting:-
The consumer’s rights and duties as well as the sellers.
Protects the consumers from the unfair trade practices the sellers might engage in.
In case of a breach of a contract, remedies that the plaintiff can resort to.
Information about the various commissions which aim at providing redressal to the party who suffered damages.
Court fees that needs to be submitted along with the application highlighting the grievance of the consumer.
This article would further deal with the rights as well as consumer’s duties and responsibilities.

How ACBI Works
ACBI first investigates/probes the Complaint/ problem of crime corruption / injustice impartially and reaches the truth. Then, without any delay, it informs the same to the President, Prime Minister, Home Minister, Chief Minister, Governor’s, DGP and other concerned Police / Civil / Judicial grievances by drawing Government’s attention towards behind this is effective re-dressal of public grievances by drawing Government’s attention towards the concerned problem.

Who can join?
Any person, who is disciplined, attained: he age to majority and willing to serve the nation (no restrictions on the basis of caste, creed religion, Party or Sex) may join ACBI to serve to society and nation by become member of any category. He will have to submit following documents along with the application form.
1) Two passport size photo
2) Photocopy of citizenship of India
3) Photocopy of education qualifications
4) Letter of Consent & Letter of Recommendation
5) Affidavit on Stamp paper of Rs. 10/- attested by Notary Officer.
