RULES & REGULATIONS OF ACBI

    1. Once membership is taken, the amount of membership is non-refundable.
    2. Members should not misuse the card/power. If any member is found guilty, they will be terminated from the organization.
    3. Every member must abide by the rules and regulations of ACBI. Failure to do so will result in strict action.
    4. ACBI reserves the right to remove any member who does not follow the rules and regulations of the organization.
    5. If any member is found guilty, legal action will be taken against them.
    6. Members of ACBI should not have any criminal record.
    7. Members of ACBI should not have any FIR registered against them in their local police station.
    8. Members and officers of ACBI work on a voluntary basis and receive no payment. Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
    9. Any kind of misbehavior or misconduct may result in rejection of membership. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Howrah only.
    10. ACBI is not responsible for any misuse of the identity card issued to members during their membership.
    11. On expiry, identity cards must be submitted to the National Office. Renewal is required for regular membership.
    12. Members must inform the National Office of any change of address.
    13. In case of loss of the identity card, inform the National Office in writing along with the FIR immediately.
    14. All ACBI members must contact their respective Area Committee, State Committee, or National Committee office once a month.
    15. Strict action will be taken against any member found guilty of violating the rules and regulations of ACBI, which are also punishable under the Trust Act.

I hereby solemnly affirm and declare that:

    • The particulars mentioned by me hereinabove are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief, and nothing has been concealed or suppressed. If anything is found incorrect at any stage, my membership may be terminated.
    • I honestly declare that I will not involve myself directly or indirectly in any act that will be against the prestige of our Nation, Society, and ACBI.
    • I will abide by the rules and regulations and by-laws of ACBI in force from time to time.
